Terms of sale
1. Service
Veritext is a service of Romandia Labs Sàrl (UID CHE-141.553.969), Canton of Vaud, Switzerland. It provides a text-cleaning tool (free) and an artificial-intelligence rewriting service (paid, by credits). 1 credit covers a segment of 6,000 characters: a longer text is split into segments and charged that many credits, up to 24,000 characters per text.
2. Prices and payment
Credits are bought in packs, at the prices in Swiss francs (CHF) shown on the account page. Payment is made by TWINT, card or PostFinance via Payrexx AG. Romandia Labs Sàrl is not liable for VAT; the prices shown are final prices, with no VAT added.
3. Credits
Credits are added once payment is confirmed, are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. Credits for segments that were not delivered are refunded automatically; a generation stopped by the user remains due.
4. Use
Users undertake to use the service only for texts they are entitled to process, and remain solely responsible for the use of the results. The service does not guarantee that a text is undetectable, nor its compliance with any particular requirements.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Romandia Labs Sàrl, Canton of Vaud, subject to the mandatory places of jurisdiction provided by law, in particular in favour of consumers.
